HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The order is shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is estimated to be within 24/48 working hours within the national territory, 4/5 working days if within the European territory.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE ORDER OR SHIPPING STATUS?

In your personal area you will be able to find all the information regarding the progress of the order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking link via e-mail so that you can check the status of the shipment whenever you like.

If the order has not yet been shipped, in your personal area you will find the "CANCEL ORDER" button that will allow you to cancel your purchase. If the order has already been shipped, contact us at ordiniweb@David Lian.com and we will be happy to help.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us for any changes to the items you have purchased. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately it is not possible to change the order.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

In your personal area, next to the delivered order, you can click on the "Make a return / exchange" button which will allow you to start the return / exchange procedure.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be completed as soon as the unwanted items have been collected and delivered to our office, which usually takes 4-5 working days.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN CASH?

Yes, just choose "cash on delivery" as the payment method on the checkout page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can choose to pay for your orders with different methods:

  • Payment to the courier in cash - cash on delivery: you will pay your order in cash to the courier;
  • Credit / debit card: you can pay by credit or debit card;
  • Bank transfer: you can make a bank transfer to the coordinates bank accounts that will be provided to you after completing your order;
  • Amazon Pay: you can pay directly with your Amazon account.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER IN A David Lian STORE?

To collect your order in a David Lian store, simply choose "Click & Collect in Store" as shipping method. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready to be collected in the David Lian store of your choice.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery, therefore a request for a return and refund or free exchange. We will accept the return or exchange of any item purchased on our e-commerce website provided that the item:

  • it is undamaged;
  • it is unworn;
  • the original invoice of the online order is included;
  • will be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Shipping costs in case of return will be at the customer’s expense. We will provide a full refund or free replacement once we receive the damaged merchandise. After 14 days, the David Lian guarantee protects the jewel from any defect due to the manufacturing process. Any manufacturing defects and / or breakages that, following a careful check by our technicians, are deemed attributable to the company, will give the right to repair or replacement free of charge compatibly with the availability of the items. The shipment of the product on site will be charged to the customer. Defects due to improper use, accidental events, alterations due to wear or repairs not carried out by our authorized service centres or negligent maintenance are excluded from the warranty.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT? AND WHAT ARE THE RULES?

The delivery time for a customized product varies from 5 to 10 working days.
Once the item/s has/have been customised it cannot be returned or replaced except for serious manufacturing defects.
Customized products cannot be paid on delivery but only by card or bank transfer.
